Policy Statement

Ramly Burger Sdn Bhd policy is to recognize the laws of Malaysia, and particular the food Act 1983 and its regulations to achieve the highest degree of excellence in matters connected therein.

We will conduct our business to meet these objectives:

1.) To raise our standard of hygiene in all areas pertaining to food preparation

2.) To ensure food sold are within the microbiological standard from laboratory analysis 

3.) To lower operation cost by efficient use of resources and improved processes in food preparation.

 

Food Quality Control

1.  Make a report to our customer service department if the burger is in inferior quality, we will investigate the issue.

2. Ensure employee wear clean and proper attire before entering the food processing area.

3. Operation department will frequent wash hands before handling food.

Eg- create an account with us, buy a stored-value card in-restaurant Wi-Fi service, we may also collect payment information to process a financial transaction you have requested. Besides that, information from Third-Party sources, we may receive information about you from publicly and commercially available sources, as permitted by law, which we may combine with other information we receive from social media site if you connect to the Services through that site.
 
When you make a purchase

you do not have to provide any personal information when you purchase any food product with cash at a restaurant. But if you make purchases through the online Services, we may collect information such as your name, email address, billing address, the email or mailing address fir delivery, phone number, and payment card information.
 
The Restaurant Brands International Inc. (RBI) Privacy Policy describes the information we collect. This policy applies to any information collected about you by RBI when you do an of the following  (i) visit a Ramly Burger branded restaurant in Malaysia or (ii) use in the Malaysia any website, mobile or tablet application, digital in-restaurant or any other RBI company that links to this policy.
